The process begins with a comprehensive telephone
consultation and a thorough review of your requirements.
Our staff will screen and select several qualified
candidates for consideration.
Once we've established a pool of candidates,
they are
then sent to you for an interview so that you may select
the appropriate individual for the position. Interviews are
conducted at your convenience and place of your
convenience (usually in your home). After selection, there is
a two-week trial period plus our 6-month placement guarantee.
