There is no charge to register with The Hazel Agency. However, all potential candidates must complete an application form, pass a thorough background check, and submit to a personal interview before being considered for placement.

To be a Candidate for Employment, an applicant must be 21 years of age or older, must be US Citizen or have a work permit, must have a valid driver's license, have excellent verifiable references (letters of recommendation a plus), and be willing to make at least a one (1) year commitment.
